I got off work early on Wednesday and hit the coast with two of my NytroWomen teammates, Colleen and Sara.
James got a new euro fauxhawk with a little rat tail to boot.
I ate my favorite breakfast/lunch/dinner several times- one small baked sweet potato (or 1/2 a large one) with cottage cheese. sounds nasty. tastes DELICIOUS. and very good for you and filling.[some tips if you try it: if at work, microwave potato for 5 minutes. i like to add salt, cinnamon or nutmeg and (insert favorite sweetener here: spenda, agave, truvia, maple syrup, brown sugar)

AND it was crazy socks and shoes day at the school i work at. As a geeky triathlete, this was NO problem.

Shitty thing is, I'm not going to race this year and we'll be back to the same ag next year. Oh well. Stick to rockin tri's and we'll be all good ;)

I make the same sweet potato combo, except with a little vanilla yogurt in there too. Reminds me of pumpkin pie haha.

Don't let James grow that little rat tail any longer or he'll start to braid it and put beads in it and then he will gain 200 pounds and start playing World of Warcraft all day and surf internet porn all night. It's a slippery slope. (And "NO" I don't know any of that from experience.)
